This Terms of Use and any operating rules for Tune Protect Website established by Tune Protect constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and Tune Protect with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. The Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand and you further agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand for the purpose of hearing and determining any dispute arising out of this Terms of Use.
