Insurance conditions
- We reserve the right to insure only for the insured place used as a residence and not used to engage in other businesses ,and that location must have a person living regularly.
- Insurance under this offer covers only concrete or half-timbered structure, and the location must not be in the area declared by the state as a monkey cheek area or a floodway.
- Buildings made of solid wood or located in an area subject to floods, as determined by the company, are not eligible for insurance coverage.
- The insured must disclose facts of the insured property. Concealing any information will cause the insurance policy to be invalid.
- If it is found that the insured property does not meet the insured conditions, the company will cancel the policy. This will be effective from the start date of policy and the company will return all premiums to the insured.
- Insurance under this offer is not insured against floods occurring during the first 7 days of the effective date of the policy. Furthermore, the house must not flood before the insurance policy becomes effective.
- Conditions and details of coverage are in accordance with the home insurance policy.
*Additional exclusions does not cover solar cell / panels.

How to Claim
How to do claim in case of any damages to property
Once damages happened, insured needs to report cases to our company accordingly and submit all details within 30 days.
Compensation to insureds once any case of damage happens
Once any damages happened, the company will compensate as actual damage up to the coverage purchased. If we found that coverage purchased lower than the actual price of property by more than 80%, compensation will be averaged based on the actual value of property and the coverage limit.
We therefore suggest all customers to select a plan of insurance that is as close as possible to the actual value of their insurance property.
Cases which are not covered by the company
Company will not be liable from damages due to corruption or serious negligence or from any intentional action of insureds or exceptions as defined in the policy.
Areas and provinces which are not covered by the company
1. Flood risk areas are Ang Thong, Lopburi, Nakhon Sawan, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya, Samut Prakan, and Sing buri.
2. 3 provinces of southern part are Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat
3. Dangerous districts following official announcement of Office of Insurance Commission are Samphamthawong, Pathumwan, Yannawa, Khlong Teoi, and Thonburi Districts.
