• Exercising lifestyle and sleep. With this function, we can check our daily exercising routine  with a clear statistical summary helping us to stay consistent with our exercise, moreover it has the ability to track our sleep patten as well.
• Nutrition and Fiber intake. This function will help us calculate our daily fiber intake while also providing us with healthy fiber rich food recipe that can help us increase our daily fiber intake leading to a healthier meal choice.
• Mind Function. This function will help us improve our concentration and maintain a healthy mental state in our daily life. It also has meditating activities that can help us unwind and relax as the day is wrapping up.

From the 3 main functions mentioned above, we can see that these functions will help us in our daily life greatly.
