2. The Hot Seat Voucher is limited to the first 100 passengers each day who purchased a return plan insurance.
3. Those who are entitled to this benefit must register to claim it using the form provided in the email by Tune Protect within December 1, 2023. Failure to respond by this date will result in forfeiture of the entitlement.
4. Those who are entitled to this benefit will receive the gift voucher by post at the address provided during registration by December 10, 2023.
5. The Hot Seat Voucher can only be used until December 31, 2023.
6. This promotion is valid from November 1-30, 2023.
7. Gift voucher conditions are subject to the terms and conditions set by the company.

1. Participation and Eligibility:
   To participate in this event, individuals must purchase round-trip airline tickets (both domestic and international) from AirAsia and include Tune Protect travel insurance. Each eligible purchase will grant one entry for the lucky draw. The name and surname provided during registration will be used for the drawing. Those who qualify for the lucky draw will receive a confirmation email. For each insurance policy purchased, one lucky draw entry will be granted.
2. Event Duration:
   The event will run from November 1, 2023, to February 29, 2024.
3. Prize Drawing Dates:
   There will be two prize drawings:
   1st drawing will take place on January 15, 2024, and one prize will be awarded.
   The 2nd drawing will occur on March 15, 2024, with two prizes to be awarded.
4. Drawing Time:
   The drawing will take place at 2:00 PM.

6. Announcement Date, Platform, and Publication of Winners:
   The list of lucky draw winners will be announced on two occasions:
   First announcement: January 20, 2024
   Second announcement: March 20, 2024
   The winners' names will be revealed on the Tune Protect Thailand Facebook Fan Page and the Fly AirAsia Facebook Fan Page.
7. Prize Details:
   For the first lucky draw, the prize includes one round-trip airline ticket from Bangkok to Hong Kong for one person, valued at 7,000 Baht, and one entry ticket to Hong Kong Disneyland, also valued at 7,000 Baht. The total value of this prize is 14,000 Baht. Please note that accommodation costs are not included. The term and condition can be found below:
   
   Terms and Conditions for Booking Round-Trip Flights from Bangkok to Hong Kong:
   • The tickets can be used for travel between February 1, 2024, and December 15, 2024.
   • This offer is valid for round-trip flights on AirAsia only.
   • The tickets can only be used for flights to Hong Kong.
   • The total price includes airfare, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and travel insurance.
   • The offered fare does not include any additional services (such as baggage, in-flight meals, seat selection, etc.).
   • Only one seat is available, and reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance.
   • Extra expenses: In case of a lockdown, a fee of 2,000 Baht per round-trip will be charged, and for flights with a round-trip fare exceeding 7,000 Baht, the passenger will be responsible for additional costs.
   • The tickets are valid until December 15, 2024.
   • Passengers must submit a copy of their identification card or passport, the gift voucher code, flight date, flight number, and passenger contact information to [email protected] to book the tickets.
   • The booking process will take at least 3 working days from the date of receiving the request.
   • Changes in the name, flights, routes, and refunds are not allowed after the redemption of the gift voucher.
   • This gift voucher is strictly for use within marketing campaigns and cannot be sold.
   • The gift voucher cannot be converted into cash or other forms.
   • The gift voucher should not be tampered with, modified, transferred, or resold as specified in the terms and conditions.
   • The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for AirAsia BIG points.
   • The use of AirAsia intellectual property, such as names (including but not limited to "AirAsia"), brand, logo, trademark, copyright, etc., must be pre-authorized by Thai AirAsia at least 5 working days in advance for printing or publication.
   
   
   Terms and Conditions for Using the Hong Kong Disneyland Entry Ticket:
   • The reward entry ticket for Hong Kong Disneyland is valid for one day and can be used to travel from February 1, 2024, to December 15, 2024.
   • The recipient of this reward can select the date of their visit from the available dates within the flight's round-trip Bangkok to Hong Kong schedule. Reservations must be made for the same period as the flight and cannot be booked outside of this timeframe.
   • This reward is exclusively for entry to the park and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   • The booking process will take at least 3 working days from the date of receiving the request.
   • Changes in the name and refunds after redeeming the gift voucher are not allowed.
   • This reward is strictly for use within marketing campaigns and cannot be sold.
   • The reward cannot be converted into cash or other forms.
   
   
   Terms and Conditions for Using the Round-trip Domestic Flight Tickets Within Thailand:
   • The reward of two round-trip domestic flight tickets within Thailand is valid for travel between May 1, 2024, and December 15, 2024.
   • This reward is applicable for round-trip flights with AirAsia within Thailand only. It cannot be used for international routes.
   • The price offered includes all costs such as the round-trip flight ticket, airport taxes, and fuel surcharges.
   • The offered price does not include any additional services (e.g., baggage fees, in-flight meals, seat selection, etc.).
   • Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance of the travel date.
   • Additional charges may apply under certain conditions: During peak periods, a service fee of 2,000 Baht per round-trip applies. On weekends (Friday & Sunday), a service fee of 1,000 Baht per round-trip applies. During embargo periods and public holidays, a service fee of 3,000 Baht per round-trip applies. In cases where the round-trip fare exceeds 6,000 Baht, passengers are responsible for covering the additional costs themselves.
   • Tickets must be used to travel within December 15, 2024.
   • Passengers must provide a copy of their ID card or passport, reward code, flight details, flight date, flight number, and contact information to [email protected] to book the flight tickets.
   • The AirAsia team will process the booking and provide travel details confirmed at least 3 working days after receiving the request.
   • Name changes, flight changes, route changes, and refunds after redeeming the gift voucher are not permitted.
   • This reward is strictly for use within marketing campaigns and cannot be sold.
   • The reward cannot be converted into cash or other forms.
   • The reward code must not be tampered with, altered, transferred, bought, or sold as per the specified conditions.
   • The reward code cannot be converted into AirAsia BIG points.
   • The use of AirAsia's intellectual property, such as its name (including variations like "AirAsia"), branding, logos, trademarks, design rights, copyrights, etc., must be pre-approved by AirAsia at least 5 working days in advance for printing or promotional use.
    

   Total number of prizes is 3, with a total value of 36,000 Baht (thirty-six thousand Baht).

8. Conditions for participating in the event or receiving prizes:
   Lucky winners must be Thai citizens. Winners must provide personal identification, such as their national ID card and household registration, as evidence when claiming the prize in person at the company's office within 30 days from the date of the winner announcement. Winners are required to pay a 5% tax on the prize value, as specified by the Revenue Department in its announcement number 4/2528, dated September 26, 1985, in accordance with the Revenue Department announcement number 101/2544, dated September 15, 2001, before receiving the prize.
